- Specifically Created Transducer The DXS18's high-output woofer, which has a 4" voice coil magnet, produces low-frequency bass that is strong, well-defined, and with little distortion. Ticket-Type Enclosure Band-pass technology is used in all DXS Series enclosures to cut down on unwanted noise and vibrations that could otherwise ruin your sound. Additionally, we developed a very sturdy plywood enclosure that, when used with the band-pass configuration, tested superior to the conventional bass-reflex design and significantly reduced distortion, allowing for higher SPLs. Coating that is tough for superior protection To protect the cabinet from dings, bumps, and extreme weather, enclosure exteriors have a tough Polyurea coating with incredibly high damage resistance. This coating will keep the cabinet looking professional for years to come.
